Withdrawal, warranty and administrative requests each have their own form: a warranty claim needs photos and the order number.
Production times
Twenty-one calendar days for a made-to-order handcrafted piece, sixty for a bespoke one: they run from the order confirmation and do not include transport.
Delivery and payment
We ship across Europe and the United Kingdom by express courier, with no shipping charge. You pay by bank transfer, card and the other Mollie methods.
